ProtectMe bot for Discord
ProtectMe runs in your server to monitor voice and text channels for toxicity. ProtectMe uses advanced algorithms to detect all online threats and alerts the server in an admin only channel generated by ProtectMe. ProtectMe monitors for hate speech, flaming, self-harm, sexual content, privacy violations and scams.
Once ProtectMe is installed on your server, ProtectMe will show up as a member of your server and will be listed as a Bot. You will also see additional channels created by the bot where alerts and notifications will be sent.
Yes. It is important to let your server know that ProtectMe is installed and monitoring conversation.
ProtectMe monitors for hate speech, flaming, self-harm, sexual content, privacy violations and scams. You will receive immediate alerts for the most concerning threats. The ProtectMe Bot will create an Admin Only Alerts channel where all notifications will be sent.
Each Bot monitors one voice channel. Depending on your package, you can monitor up to 10 voice channels with additional bots or more in our custom packages.
No, ProtectMe does not send anything to your members. Notifications will be sent to you in an admin only channel for you to review.
Yes, as long as the bot is installed and has been given admin permissions, it can monitor both public and private channels.
ProtectMe for PC’s
When you download ProtectMe onto any Windows PC, any time a user plays video games or uses a communication app such as Discord, ProtectMe is prompted to turn on and analyze gaming communications for any potential red flags. You will receive alerts of any alarming behaviors so you can take proactive measures in dealing with the toxicity.
To install ProtectMe on multiple computers in your venue, simply download and install on each Windows PC with the download link provided. Note: if you sign up with one email for all computers, you will receive one report. If you use multiple emails, your report will be sent to each email address. If you use the same email address on each computer, ensure that you enter a different "child's name" on during each installation for report differentiation.
